Elmo & Cookie Monster favors

I received an order for Elmo & Cookie Monster cookie favors for a birthday party. I was so excited to make these because I love elmo and cookie! These were really fun and a little challenging. I used a modified football cookie cutter for these and cut out circle eyes, nose & little cookies (to add a second layer effect). Finished off in little bags with coordinating ribbon....there you have it....cookie favors!
